Essential Duties of the

Application Support Technician:Provide day-to-day support including analysis, debugging and maintenance for large scale enterprise applications.Provide analysis, design, testing, debugging, maintenance, and documentation for complex enterprise applications. This requires in-depth technical expertise across multiple platforms, operating systems, and tools, and of the entire enterprise landscape.Understanding of various disciplines and technologies, such as web, directory services, directory synchronization, security, databases, networking, infrastructure, and application development is key.Oversee projects and interact with other departments to ensure on time completion.Ensure applications and systems are maintained, secure and current.Ensure applications are proactively monitored to alert if issues ariseUpgrading/Migration of application softwareQualifications of the

Application Support Technician:

5 years of experience using Microsoft Desktop.5 years of experience with Microsoft Office.5 years of experience with Windows based client/server application support.Scripting/Powershell/Automation experience.Networking experience.Experience in manufacturing, laboratory or refinery industries.Technical bachelors degree from a four year college with 5+ years experience.8-10 years experience with no degree.Compensation for the

Application Support Technician:

$100,000 - $110,000 (based on experience)100% OnsiteComprehensive benefit package; 10 days paid vacation (prorated first year), 10 holidays, 401K match, Medical, Dental and Vision
