Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role is critical for driving new business development within the US market, with the ability to also sell internationally. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consultative selling, particularly in the technology space, including professional services such as Salesforce implementations. They should have experience selling to a diverse range of healthcare sectors, including payers, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, and providers. If you are a strategic thinker with a solution mindset, experience in a global delivery model and a proven track record in business development and account management, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare technology sector. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.Account Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth.Consultative Selling:

Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Demonstrate a broad understanding of technologies (such as Salesforce or other CRM or revenue cycle management software) and skills relevant to client requirements.Relationship Building:

Nurture and develop relationships within key accounts. Engage with CIO/CTO client executives to drive strategic initiatives and business growth.Contract Negotiation:

Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions. Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract closure.Presentations and Solutions:

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients. Offer innovative solutions to address client challenges and opportunities.Global Delivery Model:

Leverage experience in a global delivery model to effectively manage cross-functional teams and ensure successful project delivery.Qualifications:

Educational Background:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field.Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in consultative selling within the US market. Proven track record in new business development and account management.Skills:

Strong understanding of healthcare technology solutions and industry trends. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to interact confidently with CIO/CTO level executives.Mindset:

Solution-oriented with a strategic approach to sales. Ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex problems.Global Perspective:
