What our Service Advisors do -
Meets dealership sales goalsWorks with customer and technicians to identify required maintenanceAdvises customers on necessary and recommended servicesComputes cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle to condition specified by customerEstimates cost of mechanical, electrical, or other repairsEnters itemized estimate on service order and explains estimate to customers
Qualifications -
MUST have minimum 2 Years' experience at a high-volume dealerDisplays customer relationship and interpersonal skills and maintains focus on customer satisfactionMaintain core knowledge of products and product updatesMeets deadlines by prioritizing assignments, and multi-tasks under pressureIs self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, and success drivenIs team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goalsMaintains professional appearance and positive, high-energy presenceHolds valid driver’s licenseAble to pass background and drug screenings
