The Branch Managers are the leaders of the management and direction of Herc Rentals’ branches. They oversee daily operations ensuing positive revenue generation, high customer service standards, employee development, and continued excellence in productivity. Grow revenue for the branch and districtMeet or exceed business plan for the branchAnswer and resolve customer questionsManage your team effectively and efficientlyImplementing Safety trainings and maintain a branch safety planFleet ManagementManage Profit and Loss reporting & Operational reviewsGenerate, process, analyze and review the daily business reportsSupport all team membersConduct Branch Audits & Inventory reviewsMaintain federal compliance with OSHA regulations and DOT standards

Professional Experience

Educational Background

High School or GED required, College Degree preferredConditions of Employment

5-7 year of relatable experienceA valid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to drive revenue growthAbility to communicate with customersAbility to read, write, speak and understand EnglishAbility to input information into computer systemsBasic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel ProgramsAbility to safely drive and operate multiple types of vehicles and equipmentBe able to regularly lift 50lbs or moreAbility to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of timeAbility to perform repetitive tasks; stretch, turn, twist, and reach overhead; bend, crouch, squat, kneel, and stoop for extended periods of timeMust be able to work indoors and outdoors when required of the jobSkills
