The Territory Optimization Manager will be an essential asset to the growth of the national sales strategy, creating optimized sales territories to promote measurable value against company goals. The position will have strong collaboration with multiple divisions within the company including; Sales, Operations, HR, Fleet, Compensation, and Finance.ResponsibilitiesManage the data, econometric and optimization models for market alignmentDevelop newly integrated sales territory planning processes, and improve pre-existing processes in partnership with national and regional sales teamsFacilitate meetings with national and regional sales teams to ensure local market opportunity is optimized to growth expectationsUtilize project management mindset to research, plan, and execute strategies to empower national and region sales teams to grow and scale their businessWork with regional sales team to determine employment progression and opportunitiesLeverage internal and external data analytics to increase market share, drive revenue and support sales functionsManage territories assignments and realignments to maximize opportunity across companyWork with internal customers to successfully implement strategies and tactics developed to meet the revenue/opportunity goalsIdentify opportunities by creating appropriate strategies by using various analytic tools and data.Proactively identify bottlenecks in the territory management process and implement strategies to improve efficiencyCreate, manage, and distribute regular communications, manage meetings, and drive projects to completion to ensure organizational effectivenessUnderstand and interpret large data sets to be applied and communicatedManage key KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and KPO (Key Performance Objectives) through dashboards, reporting and project plans.
