Herc Rentals serves customers through approximately 400 locations and has approximately 7,200 employees in North America.Short DescriptionThe Telematics Operations Analyst will assist with functions related to Product Support, Fleet Operations, Sourcing, andFleet Planning as well as reporting analysis of all business opportunitiesResponsibilities Assist with supporting field operations with each of the company's telematics programsAssist with supporting company employees with troubleshooting and reporting of installedtelematics hardwareAssist with communicating the installation of company approved telematics hardwareDocument the best practices of installation, maintenance and desired reporting of telematicshardwareAssist with coordinating the installation of company approved telematics hardwareSupport ad hoc business project as requestedMaintain business data quality and systemsDocument key business processesBecome a product line expert while supporting vendor managementSupport new product launches identifying rental opportunities in identified growth marketsIdentify business process improvement opportunitiesCreate, prepare and analyze business reportsPrepare financial analysis for equipment life cycle decisions to determine and monitor theoptimum holding period by equipment category.Track key business metricsSupport vendor management as requestedSupport fleet buying processesEducation H.S.
