Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership for the nursing department, aligning goals with organizational objectives.
Ensure high-quality patient care by setting and monitoring nursing standards.
Supervise and mentor nursing staff to create a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
Efficiently manage the nursing department budget and allocate resources effectively.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for nursing practices.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance interdisciplinary communication.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
Current and active RN license in the state of New Jersey.
Extensive leadership experience in healthcare administration.
Preferred certifications: Nurse Executive (NE-BC or NEA-BC), APRN, Healthcare Leadership.
Skills:
Strong leadership and managerial skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strategic thinking and contribution to organizational planning.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
