In this position, you will develop business relationships with leaders and employees across the organization, including our Executive Team, Employee Resource Group leaders, and members of the People team, to embed the strategy throughout the Company. This role reports directly to our Chief People Officer.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement BetMGM’s DE&I strategy and overall framework that aligns goals with business outcomes.Leverage data to understand and communicate current state, identifying opportunities and developing actions and measures of success to drive continuous improvement.Partner closely with key stakeholders, particularly senior leadership and the people business partnering team, in order to collaboratively implement and embed the DE&I strategy throughout the company.Oversee and manage effective DE&I programming and ensure DE&I concepts are embedded in key processes and programs including talent acquisition, rewards, talent reviews, talent development, performance management, and procurement programs.Ensure that the organization demonstrates its understanding of and commitment to DE&I through consistent internal and external narrative and targeted initiatives to support and nurture BetMGM’s culture.Lead, develop and manage team (of 1 professional) and serve as thought leader across the business.Qualifications12+ years of relevant experience, including 8+ years experience in DE&I and 5+ years experience in leadership roles.Track record of leading high impact initiatives, delivering positive organizational impacts.Expert with in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of DE&I practices.Proven ability to develop relationships and influence senior leadership.Ability to be both strategic and execution oriented.Understanding of the entire Talent life cycle, from initial hiring to senior leader development and the key processes and governance within the cycle.Experience leading and developing team.Expertise in data analysis, gleaning insights and leveraging to create action plans.About Our CultureBuilding BetMGM from the ground up takes effort, energy, and teamwork, but that’s what will make leading this industry all the more satisfying.
