If you are energetic, enthusiastic, embrace change, and play to win, join our team today!What you’ll do:Assist in overall store operations and be accountable for personal/store sales and developing a high-performing, motivated team.Cultivating a positive environment that supports MobileOne's values.Ensure customers are 100% satisfied and provide an unforgettable experience.Manage customer traffic effectively to minimize wait times.Stay updated on evolving T-Mobile technology and ensure sales representatives are knowledgeable about new products and sales techniques.Support store operations and ensure compliance with T-Mobile and MobileOne guidelines.Assist with the recruiting process and program to ensure the store is fully staffed.Maintain the store's appearance for our customers.What We're Looking For:Experience in managing people and leading/coaching them for great results.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Capable of standing for extended periods.High school diploma or GED required.
