Apply today!Duties / Responsibilities: Travel to, and visit, all location within assigned market within each fiscal quarter Provide Operational training and insights, celebrate success and improve opportunities Validate merchandising standards, review compliance, and reset assistance Execute and review any MobileOne and T-Mobile expectations or audit programs Ensure teams understand avenues for support, communication, and ticketing for all issues Drive sales behaviors, M1 priorities, and T-Mobile brand standards in addition to Region / Area focuses Cross-functional support of Facilities, Supplies, Technology, Loss Prevention, and other departments Attend conference calls with department and local Area leaders Discuss local areas of opportunity and success based on reports or visits Provide sales and operations behaviors that support consistency across the brand Detail processes and efficiencies that support M1's business and growth Review operational excellence reporting including M1 & T-Mobile Report Cards and RankersQualifications and Skills: Wireless Industry experience as required but T-Mobile experience strongly preferred Working knowledge of T-Mobile systems/services including POS, DTS, TIMO, C2, etc. preferred Intermediate ability using Google Workspace suite or other equivalents Merchandising experience and knowledge Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn Problem solver and critical thinker Excellent written and verbal communication Travel will be required 2-3 weeks per month, occasionally outside of supported regions / areas Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance required Ability to stand, walk and move continuously throughout the day in a retail environment Must be able to lift more than 30lbs, in-store, on occasion Prolonged periods sitting at a desk or working at a computer, on occasion High school diploma or equivalentPerks & Benefits: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings No Cost Mental Health Support Daily Pay Life and AD&D Insurance Enjoy discounted T-Mobile cellular service.
