Supervision and support to youth program artistic staffAudition coordination and placement into appropriate ensemblesConcert managementCommunity engagementImplement and manage disciplinary procedures when necessaryRecruitment and retention of studentsMusic and pedagogy oversightEnsure compliance with music licensing regulationsBudget managementPerforms related duties as requiredRequirements:

Proficiency in string instrumentsBachelor’s degree in music education, arts administration, or related fieldExperience in music education, youth programming, and/or arts managementExcellent organizational and administrative abilitiesKnowledge of music pedagogy, repertoire, and educational methodologiesFamiliarity with budgeting and financial managementFlexibility to work evenings and weekends as neededHow to Apply:
