We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Visual Production Specialist to join our dynamic team.
The Specialist, Visual Production plays a key role in transforming Build-A-Bear retail spaces into dynamic and visually compelling environments. By collaborating and creating immersive and memorable experiences for our customers and vendors, this role helps ensure the expansion & success of our company's retail experience locations.
Responsibilities:
Assess product assortments and brand guidelines to determine the placement of merchandise within specialty/non-traditional stores, seasonal shops, partner-operated, and international locations
Develop detailed planograms that outline the directed arrangement of merchandise, fixture priorities, and marketing signage to maximize visual appeal & facilitate customer navigation
Produce floor set documentation and product placement for all store formats and concepts
Provide supporting tools, such as visual guides and checklists, to ensure efficient and accurate implementation of visual direction
Offer support and guidance to field leaders to optimize visual merchandising execution
Maintain Visual Standards Manual
Supervise overall setup, use and presentation of BQ mock store
Required Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Visual Communications or a related field
Basic knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Proficiency with Adobe InDesign
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

3+ years planogram creation, design and visual merchandising experience in the retail industry
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
