Attorney – Privacy Senior Associate / Special Counsel
Kelley Drye & Warren LLP’s nationally-ranked Privacy & Information Security Law Practice group has an opening for a senior level associate or Special Counsel with a solid background in federal and state privacy law, including routine client counseling and assisting clients in data privacy and information security, advertising and marketing technology, and other consumer protection law matters. Ideal candidates should have the following: Previous law firm experience, and at least 7 years of experience in Privacy law matters; Extensive experience counseling and working directly with clients to provide clear, practical advice on all of the current crop of U.S. state privacy laws and at least general familiarity with international privacy laws; Experience with regulatory investigations or privacy litigation; Excellent writing and presentation skills; Excellent organizational skills and comfort with working with multiple clients; and Excellent academic credentials and strong interpersonal skills. We work seamlessly across office lines and are open to considering experienced candidates in any Kelley Drye office but have a strong preference for the candidate to be based in Washington, D.C..
