Alongside ongoing clinical trials, SystImmune has a strong preclinical pipeline of potential cancer therapeutics in the discovery or IND-enabling stages, representing cutting-edge biologics development.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Process the payments, checks, and wire transfers to a heavy volume of vendors in a timely manner.Review cash entries daily to identify any unrecorded transactions.Record day-to-day financial transactions to ensure the completeness and accuracy of accounting documentation with proper account classification.Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Assist in financial audits and corporate tax return filings.Assist in the implementation of new accounting policies, standards, and guidelines.Prepare monthly project FTE allocation analysis, operational reports, and other ad-hoc queries.Maintain close calendars to monitor progress against deadlines.Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal control requirements.Meet processing and reporting deadlines.Perform other duties as needed.Participate in company-wide initiatives/projects to improve processes.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Master's Degree in accounting, finance, or a relevant field will be considered.3 years or above relevant working experience in the field of accounting, preferably in public accounting firms.Proven bookkeeping experience with a solid understanding of full-cycle bookkeeping and A/P principles.Proficient with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word/Excel, and NetSuite ERP is preferred.Work accurately with close attention to detail.Excellent organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.The hiring pay range for this position is $68,000 - $80,000 per year based on skills, education, and experience relevant to the role.SystImmune is a stable, well-funded biotech company with a bright future.
