Summary
The Brewing Operations Lead assists on brewing initiatives, beer programming for the company. Areas of responsibility include but limited to deployment of brewing administrative duties, inventory management and brewing maintenance. The Brewing Operations lead will be a key role in the success of the brewing administrative duties and overall brewery/production logistics.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

*Items may be currently “on hold” or in progress and will become part of the requirements of the job when completed
Primary Responsibilities
Oversee beer inventory for product distribution, and communications of weekly PO’s (i.e. Columbia, Colorado, Japan, Pubs, etc.)Assist with Contract Brewing Partners logistics and Data Entry (Raw Materials, Packaging, Shipping and Storage)Work in conjunction with Pub Operations GMs to maintain pub inventoriesCollaborate w/ Brew Master to schedule and coordinate logistics of all Pub deliveriesAssist and maintain company Brewing and Production Ekos PlatformAssist in Company new systems implementation in conjunction with Brew MasterMaintain and update Migration's brewing supply workbooks/ google suite (ie. supply chain management)Refine, Lead and Coordinate all company competition submissions, logistics and feedback reporting.Audit production inventory weekly/monthly and submit monthly documentation and reportingManage, oversee, and coordinate all Brewing department maintenance needs in conjunction with BrewmasterOversee and lead company Dock Sales logistics and execution
Other Responsibilities
Collaboration in raw material procurement with Lead Production Brewer, Packaging Team and BrewmasterCoordination, schedule training of team on sensory panel in conjunction with Brewery Leads and Brewmaster
Leadership and Supervisory Responsibilities
Oversee and Manage WDP team membersLeadership and management of accountabilities that are outlined to meet the needs of the job (ie. Inventory, QuickBooks, Brew Logs)Conduct all job responsibilities with a positive behavior and professional demeanor
Desired Qualifications and Education experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a brewer/operation leadCraft beverage industry experience requiredBachelors in Fermentation Science preferred or career experience equivalent
