What started as the largest denim launch in history has evolved into an iconic and inclusive fashion line of denim, ready-to-wear, swim, shoes, and activewear.As the Ecommerce Coordinator at Good American, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the website. The ideal candidate is solution-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves working with cross-functional teams. This position will report to the Digital Merchandising Manager.Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of our Shopify Plus ecommerce platform, ensuring functionality, performance, and user experience meet company standards.Set up and launch new products on-site correctly and in a timely manner to drive incremental sales.Own linking strategy across channels to support marketing initiatives and increase product conversion.Collaborate with internal stakeholders on planning and execution of all site campaigns, including but not limited to launches, promotions, and content updates.Monitor ecommerce analytics and KPIs to track performance, identify trends, and optimize campaigns.Manage and maintain the product catalog, consistently auditing to ensure accuracy of product descriptions, imagery, inventory, etc. (ie. filters, shop by size, etc.)Assist in digital merchandising through landing page creation, product merchandising, and SEO.Troubleshoot site issues related to Shopify Plus and other ecommerce tools; working with cross-functional teams for resolutions. Support QA for all campaigns and deployments on site.Support the ecommerce team on projects and ad-hoc requests.Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, fashion industry a plus.Experience working with Shopify Plus, CMS, Asana/Monday, and Google Analytics.Strong ability to follow up, multi-task and follow through on projects.High attention to detail with exceptional time management skills.Strong organizational skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel).Please note that this role requires to be onsite four days a week.Good American participates in company-wide initiatives to advance social and environmental performance, such as sustainability training, DEI training, volunteering, or participation in internal committees.WE ARE B CORP CERTIFIED!!!As our business has grown so has our responsibility to our community, our planet, and our business.
