What started as the largest denim launch in history has evolved into an iconic and inclusive fashion line of denim, ready-to-wear, swim, shoes, and activewear.Good American is looking for a Technical TOP Coordinator to join our Technical Design Team. In this role, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that all products meet our garment specification, sewing quality, and fit aesthetics. You should be familiar with all product categories: 5 pocket denim, knits, dresses, outerwear, bodysuits, and swim. This person will be the liaison between Design, Technical Design, Production, and Product Development Team.Responsibilities:
Measure all TOPs against our latest approved specs.Review all sewing construction and trim quality on each TOP.Fit TOPs on live fit models.Identify fit and quality issues.Document each TOP's results and communicate each issue to all cross-functional teams.Support the Technical Design Team with daily tasks of measuring samples.Skills and Qualifications:
Documentation and reporting skills.Teamwork and collaboration.Detail-oriented and organized.Able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management.Proficient in the use of Excel, MS Word, and PLM system.Please note that this role requires being onsite four days a week.Good American participates in company-wide initiatives to advance social and environmental performance, such as sustainability training, DEI training, volunteering, or participation in internal committees.WE ARE B CORP CERTIFIED!!!As our business has grown, so has our responsibility to our community, our planet, and our business.
