Exciting Opportunity: Multifamily Business Development and Acquisitions ExecutiveLocation: Remote (Midwest / Southern based)CORY is hiring a Multifamily Business Development and Acquisitions Executive who is passionate and driven about multifamily real estate and ready to contribute to exponential growth within an organization that plans to double in size in the next handful of years!About Our Client:Our client is a national leader in the real estate industry, dedicated to providing the best services to its residents. Its mission is to truly become one of the top 10 leaders within the multifamily industry throughout the country.Your Responsibilities as a Leader:Identify and secure multifamily third-party management opportunities while fostering enduring relationships with multifamily owners.
Collaborate closely with the marketing department to craft persuasive presentations tailored to diverse stakeholders.
Serve as a distinguished ambassador for the company in high-level meetings and industry conferences.
Develop and deliver customized proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of the partnership.
Remain abreast of industry trends and market dynamics, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols.
The Skills & Experience You Possess:Minimum of 15+ years of experience in multifamily property management, with a preference for candidates with business development and a book of business.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with a strong attention to detail.
Must have a deep understanding of multifamily property management laws and standards.
Ability to travel as necessary
