Exciting Opportunity: Vice President of Customer ExperienceLocation: DMV AreaCORY is hiring a Vice President of Customer Experience who is passionate about driving growth through strategic initiatives. This role will report to the CEO and COO and is a crucial position tasked with defining and executing a best-in-class customer experience throughout their journey.About Our Client:Our client is an innovative Real Estate company that manages a national network of tenant-based spaces to support small businesses. They are expanding nationwide and looking for talented industry leaders to join their team!Your Responsibilities as a Leader:Develop long-term cohesive brand strategy and annual plans, including business objectives, consumer and channel strategies, and translation of approach to the consumer.Execute and uphold customer experience methods to guide a human-centered approach to transforming customer experiences: Data gathering, experience analysis, persona development, journey mapping, co-creation, service blueprinting, concept testing, and storytelling.Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of customer experiences within the business channels and form key relationships with associated stakeholders and leaders.Guide the sales team and onsite managers in the sales process for each location.Create, plan, and manage the sales pipeline, including weekly/monthly/quarterly goals and occupancy targets.Conduct surveys and attend networking events to gather feedback and further drive effective and appropriate marketing tactics.Keep up with ongoing trends in the Customer Experience space and bring back relevant updates and changes to define.The Skills & Experience You Possess:5-10 years experience in driving customer growth, strategic partnerships, and scaling business.Analytical and critical thinker with the ability to connect multiple people to assess and propose improvements to the business.Perks and Benefits You'll Receive:$150K - $175K Base Salary.Competitive full benefits package.How to Apply & Be Selected:Send your resume to resumes@coryexecutive.com, and our team will reach out with next steps if selected.
