Maple City Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Director of Dietary Services for our rehabilitation and long-term care facility.Under the direction of the Dietician/Administrator, the incumbent will assist in the planning, organizing, developing and direction of the overall Dietary Department in accordance with the current applicable Federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations.Requirements:AAS degree in Food Service or equivalent experienceMinimum of 3 years progressive experience in a Long-Term Care facilityMust have extensive knowledge of food management, menu planning, and dietary therapyMust have knowledge of food purchasing and inventory control
