Family Nurse Practitioner

In this role, you will work collaboratively with physicians to provide primary care services to patients across the lifespan. This includes performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, and educating patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and obtain detailed medical historiesOrder, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests such as laboratory studies and imaging proceduresDiagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditionsDevelop individualized treatment plans and prescribe appropriate medicationsProvide counseling and education to patients and families on disease management, prevention, and healthy livingMaintain accurate and comprehensive patient medical records in an electronic health record (EHR) systemCollaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient careStay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, best practices, and continuing education requirementsQualifications:OPEN TO NEW GRADUATESMaster's degree in Nursing from an accredited institutionCurrent and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of North CarolinaCertification in Family Practice from a nationally recognized organization (e.g., ANCC, AANP)Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making abilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCommitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered careOur Practice offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
