Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bike shop. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and mechanics, ensuring an outstanding customer experience, and driving sales growth. Leadership:

Manage, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates and mechanics to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.Customer Service:

Drive sales through effective merchandising, promotions, and community outreach. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.Operations Management:
