about the role
Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and resolve any hardware, software or configuration related incidentsResponsible for preparing Method of Procedure for any configuration changes, and executing any configuration changes as approved by customer.Perform client consultation: plan, design, implement and BAU.Responsible for leading any planned scheduled maintenance activities.HLD and LLD preparation for the projectAble to lead any incident calls with OEM technical support and provide any inputs required for restoration with timely updates and documentation.Act as a Key SPOC for any Critical and Major Incident, Change and Problem ManagementEffective Ticket handling to adhere Agreed SLA.Effective coordination and communication with end customer to have high CSAT.Provide RCA and prepare KEDB for now issue and solutions.Prepare MOP/SOP on security product for change and issue for L2 engineers.Should mentor L2 Engineer during troubleshooting of issue and change management.Validating the plan of action (POA) for change with proper CAB approval.

Requirement & Education Qualifications:BE/Diploma/DegreeMin 8-15years of related experience in customer facing organization from the SI domain.10 years of related experience in Customer facing Organization from the SI domain.Expert Level Implementation and Troubleshooting experience on Next generation firewalls–Cisco, Pala Alto, Cisco ISE and DNACImplementation & Troubleshooting experience onindustry standard protocols/Technology including IPSEC Vpn (B2B), SSL, Clientless VPN, Clustering, URL Filtering.Implementation and Troubleshooting experience on Cisco ISE – (Physical appliance /Virtual) for AAA & Device administration.Implementation of and BAU for Cisco DNAC. DNAC Transition, Discussion – Discovery, SWIM, PnP and Assurance.Implementation and Troubleshooting experience on Next generation firewalls specifically Palo alto-PA(Prisma, Cortex), FortiGate (SD-WAN,NGFW)Migration and implementation of SDA through DNAC centreTroubleshooting experience on industry standard protocols/Technology includingIP Nat, ACL, AAANetwork setting:- Zone, Security policy, NAT polices, tunnel interface, virtual RoutersIPSEC VPN: Clientless VPN, Site to Site, client based, etc.High Availability: Clustering, Active /Active, Active/Standby.
