Proficiency in typing; demonstrated interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively with staff, students, and public; ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; ability to accurately record and transcribe meeting minutes; ability to handle confidential information with discretion; high organizational skills; proficiency in typing; demonstrated use of computers and software.Position Responsibilities:Serves as the primary point of contact in the President's Office; provides clerical support and assistance scheduling in-person and/or virtual meetings; greets visitors, providing support to students and guests of the College; assists with the preparation of meeting materials related to President's Leadership Team, Board of Trustees Committee meetings, and Board meetings; updates Board listing, contact information, committee assignments, and term of appointment records; assists with the scheduling of all Leadership Team meetings on the main campus, at centers with Advisory Boards; in the absence of the Executive Assistant, attends the President's Leadership Team meetings, Board Committee meetings, and Board meetings, taking and transcribing minutes; assists in the planning, coordinating, and execution of College events and activities such as but not limited to College-wide In-service and Professional Development Day Programs, Breakout Sessions, Presidential Open Forums, Commencement Ceremony, Board Retreat, Board Committee meetings, and Board meetings; assists in the planning, scheduling, and preparation of materials and processing of invoices for all internal (Leadership LCCC) and external (Leadership Lackawanna/Leadership Wilkes-Barre) staff leadership training programs; files and uploads all pertinent information and materials to the Staff Development intranet page related to all staff development programs; manages, maintains, and tracks all College policies and procedures; uploads Board approved policies to Policy Tech Electronic Policy Manual using Policy Tech Live software; provides clerical support within the President's Office; responsible for overseeing Work Study students; manages office supplies and processes all requisitions for supplies, special events, food service, professional development, webinars, institutional memberships, travel, and conference for the President/staff; assists with other assigned duties as directed by the President.Entry Salary:
