Our Sales Coordinator role is the foundation of the sales department and vital to the team's success! This role is full time M-F and entry-level. Two years Hilton or related brand experience is preferred, responsible for room inventory management and general support of the Sale and Catering team. Key functions and skills include, but are not limited to:Essential Functions
Sales office incoming call lead catcher
30/60/90 day Pick-Up Calls
Block and inventory management
Builds room blocks
Inputs rooming lists (RAPID)
Releases unused rooms
Weekly rooms forecasting in Delphi FDC
Follows up with Thank You/Group Survey
End of month group and catering entry in Delphi FDC
Entry of final group pick up
Entry of final catering
Marking all group complete
Prepares group resume packets and distributes to front desk
Daily Reporting
Arrivals
Departures
Creates diagrams for in-house meetings
Creates BEOs
Orders Food & Beverage for meetings
Tours for walk-in customers (qualify and handoff to manager)
Produce and send booking links for BT and group contracts
Assist Sellers with follow up and voicemail management
Builds company rate programs and group blocks
Prepares weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
Total commitment to delivering guest experience and service

Support all Hotels and/or Company initiated Guest and Associate Programs
