Objective:

The primary purpose of the Scheduling Coordinator position is to ensure adequate and appropriate scheduling and coordination of the company's clinical department to meet the needs of our clients. As a Scheduling Coordinator you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.

Position Type: Full Time, on site- walnut creek

Hours: Monday-Friday 10am-6:30pm

(some saturdays)

Rate: $21 - $22 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer employee calls regarding staffing/scheduling functionsCoordinates therapists schedules with compatible clientsConfirms and updates therapists availability schedulesCommunicates with both therapist and clients in regards to session cancellations and/or changes in a timely mannerSchedules all new referrals to the appropriate therapist based upon client location,service area and availabilityTakes ownership of front desk operations, greeting clients, answering phone calls, and sorting mailAnswer emails and other written communication in a timely mannerConsults with Operations Manager and supervisors concerning scheduling needs to efficiently create processes that improve services and proceduresPerform other miscellaneous administrative duties as assignedQualifications/ Requirements:

Relevant experience, 1 year (Not Required but preferred)Spanish and English fluency requiredLicenses, Certifications

Driver's License (Required)Fingerprint clearance (both DOJ and FBI)Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
