General Description:

The General Administrative Assistant will be responsible for executing a variety of administrative duties such as multitasking, document management, and communication with internal and external sources.

Hours : Monday-Friday 8:30 am till 5:00 pm.

Rate : $25 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and filesOrganize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulationsAssist various departments including but not limited to scheduling and operationsAssist in the updating of forms, templates, and documentationAssist in making and answering phone calls, emails, any form of related correspondenceQualifications/ Requirements:

Minimum high school degree or equivalentBachelor's degree preferred, not required1+ years of experience in community outreach or a similar role, preferably within the ABA or healthcare industry a plus1+ years of experience with administrative duties and documentationKnowledge of the Contra Costa Health Plan and local healthcare providers is a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with diverse stakeholdersSelf-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google SoftwarePhysical Requirements:

Ability to sit for extended periods of timeAbility to view a computer screen for extended periods of timeAbility to lift and carry up to 25 poundsOther Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
