Check out this video for more information on our great company!Location Description:Located at the base of Snow King Mountain, just a few blocks from downtown and 20 minutes from the Jackson Hole Airport, Snow King Resort Hotel boasts breathtaking views of the Teton Mountain Range and offers its guests a wide variety of activities and amenities. As Jacksons largest venue, Snow King Resort Hotel offers over 20,000 square feet of combined indoor and outdoor function space. Featuring 203 guest rooms and vacation luxury condo rentals.Overview:Shuttle Driver and Bell StaffResponsible for luggage assistance and shuttle service for all hotel and resort guests. Ability to work flexible hours.Primary Responsibilities:Great every guest with a warm hospitable manner to the resort when guests arriveProvide exceptional customer service by taking sincere interest in our guests experienceTransport guest to and from Jackson Hole Airport and the town square.When driving, welcome all guests to vehicle, opening doors as needed and assist guests with their luggage.Know your town, drivers must be knowledgeable of the local area and the traffic patterns and directions to commonly visited attractions/restaurantsClean the interior of vehicles at the beginning and end of shift.Inspect the vehicle for damage and report if found.Maintain the cleanliness and operation of the shuttle, reporting any problems that need attention to the managerAssist guests in securing other forms of transportation that falls outside our shuttle boundaryAssist lobby attendant in keeping entrance area clean and organizedTake every opportunity to "Be the difference" in our guests stay (its the small things that no one does)Assists incoming and outgoing guests with baggage, boxes, equipment, etc. (able to move items weighing up to 50 pounds)Explains services and facilities of hotel, hours of operation, location and location of banquet functions.Orients guests to guestroom layout, heating and air conditioning controls, the nearest ice machine, and other relevant amenities.Answers questions about local areas of interest.Delivers requested supplies and amenities.Assists in maintaining cleanliness of parking lots, public restrooms, ash urns, and public areas as needed.Keeps bell closet and back of Front Desk area clean and organized.Notifies supervisor of any potential guest challenges or concerns.Delivers packages received at the hotel to the appropriate departments and logs all incoming and outgoing packages.Has a thorough knowledge of emergency and life safety procedures, and follows all key control procedures.Qualifications:All final candidates must successfully complete a drug screen, background, MVR and DOT.EOE and Everify Employer
