TRAVELER MUST LIVE 150 MILES OR MORE FROM THE FACILITY TO BE CONSIDEREDWill work a schedule of 7on - 7off, 9am - 9pm hours paid will be based on that schedule.MUST HAVE IN-PATIENT EXPERIENCE
JOB SUMMARYTo provide the appropriate level of pharmaceutical care services to patients, while complying with all state and federal laws or rules governing the practice of pharmacy. Ensuring that drugs and/or devices are prepared for distribution safely, and accurately as prescribed. Supervising any delegated act performed by pharmacy technicians or pharmacy technician trainees.JOB REQUIREMENTSMinimum EducationBS in Pharmacy or PharmD.Minimum Work ExperienceNo previous experienceRequired Licenses/CertificationsActive License as registered pharmacist in the state of TexasRequired Skills, Knowledge, and AbilitiesAbility to effectively direct and/or supervise personnel as appropriate.Ability to handle confidential information.Ability to maintain professional appearance and decorum at all times.Ability to demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
