Your responsibilities:Provide product and application-based technical customer support for IIOT Technologies customers via phone, email, chat, and video conferencing.Provide product selection and installation support and find creative solutions to customer issues.Drive product enhancements and improvements on sensor products, accessories, and their associated digital tools.Test sensor products and digital tool features before releases and create/update supporting documentation.Collaborate with other functional areas, including product management, R&D, and quality, to ensure overall alignment.Provide training to the DODGE salesforce and external customers on products and their proper applications.Create part numbers and establish and maintain BOM's.Support warranty and quality functions.Occasional travel as required. Travel to provide on-site customer support, including product training, installation support, and troubleshooting.Create, use, and maintain software programs to help facilitate customers' requests and make daily tasks more efficient.Your background:

Completed a mechanical engineering (or mechanical engineering technologies), Electrical engineering bachelor's degree program, Computer Science or related fieldsMust be currently authorized to work for Dodge Industrial in the USFocus on customer interaction and satisfactionStrong analytical skills with an emphasis on critical thinking, root cause analysis, and problem solvingAttention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and responsibilityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCollaborates well with others and is a good team playerEntrepreneurial spirit with a passion for new and changing ideasAbility to adapt and multi-task based on departmental needsPreferred:

Fluent in SpanishFamiliarity with basic mechanical concepts and systemsFamiliarity with IT infrastructureFamiliarity with Android and iOS devicesBasic programming experience with Visual Studio, Python, ASM, and JavaWillingness to learn and adapt new skillsUnderstanding/Experience in vibration analysis
