Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics:
We are seeking a candidate to support Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Candidates with RPA experience (development or production support) are highly preferred. The role will involve actively and consistently supporting all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. The role includes the following:
Work with developers, testers, and deployment teams to create software deployment plansWrite and update automated scripts for installation of server software productsConfigure necessary hardware/virtual machinesWork with developers and hardware teams to update infrastructure and OS for applicationsPerform lab installations and upgrades of server software productsWork with developers and infrastructure teams to install or upgrade third party softwareMonitor systems performance, reliability, and daily data processingParticipate in project-related stand-up meetingsProvide documentation support, as necessary
