Microsoft Windows 10 experience, Desktop imaging and deployment technologies, Standard desktop, workstation & laptop hardware and software troubleshooting, Strong technology troubleshooting skillsATM support role within the Consumer IT organization.Interfaces with ATM vendors and internal support teams in support of the ATM fleet.Supports scheduling and coordination of software deployments and validation.Production support and incident research/follow-up.Supports ATM test lab environment; coordinates with vendors, internal quality assurance team and software packaging and deployment teams.Knowledge of PowershellOn-Call Responsibilities
