We have grown into one of the largest most successful fully integrated solid waste companies serving the mid-Atlantic area.Our**Bridgeport Division**is looking for reliable and dependable **Drivers Helpers/Sanitation Workers t**o become valued employees on our solid waste collection team to support our ongoing success in a family-like environment.**COMPENSATION:*** You can earn up to **$50,000 per year** with all criteria met.* $154.00 daily rate with excellent attendance and route completion.**WORK SCHEDULE:*** 10 hours per day* 5 days per week* some mandatory Saturday'sThe position requires you to ride on the back of a trash truck and perform several essential roles, such as assisting the driver to safely navigate the truck, frontline customer service, and collect curbside waste and/or recycling in a safe and efficient manner.**JOB QUALIFICATIONS:**Ability to stand, walk, lift and carry for long periods of timeAbility to lift 75 poundsAbility to work outside in all types of weatherRequires constant lifting, walking and climbing onto and off of truckMust be able to ride on the rear step of the truck while in motionFor over 40 years, our motto has been ***"If it's service, it's us".*** We cannot meet the goals of our company if we do not satisfy our customer's needs first.
