Perform patient care efficiently and effectively through practice and communication with patients and other staffProvide care and treatment to ill, injured, and recovering patientsAssess patient condition, administer medication, change dressings, monitor vital signs, keep records, and provide patients with support and educationCoordinate care plan for patients to ensure best outcomesFollow policies, rules, guidelines, and proceduresWork independently under supervision to implement care goals for patientsCompetently assess the patient on a regular basisAll other responsibilities as neededMotivated candidates who are looking for career growthExcellent communication skills with the staff, physicians, patients, and familiesQUALIFICATIONS
Basic Life Support (BLS) CertificationAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)National Institutes of Health (NIH)Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.Minimum two years current RN Med/Surg experienceActive unencumbered RN Oregon state licenseGraduate from a fully accredited RN Bachelor Degree programSKILLS/ABILITIES/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.Participates in relevant continuing education programs.Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.Requirements:
COVID vaccine with 2 Shots & Booster.
