Perform patient care efficiently and effectively through practice and communication with patients and other staffProvide care and treatment to ill, injured, and recovering patientsAssess patient condition, administer medication, change dressings, monitor vital signs, keep records, and provide patients with support and educationCoordinate care plan for patients to ensure best outcomes.Follow policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures.Work independently under supervision to implement care goals for patients.Competently assess the patient on a regular basisAll other responsibilities as neededMotivated candidates who are looking for career growthExcellent communication skills with the staff, physicians, patients, and familiesQUALIFICATIONS
BLS and ACLSNational Institutes of Health (NIH)Certified Principal Investigator (CPI) CertificationSound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.The ability to stand for extended periods.Strong technical skills.Knowledge of medical terminologyPassionate about patient careRequires a minimum of two years of current RN Med/Surg experience.Graduate from a fully accredited RN programActive unencumbered RN Indiana state licenseOne year of Epic experienceRequirements
COVID vaccine with 2 Shots & Booster.SKILLS/ ABILITIES/ COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.Participates in relevant continuing education programs.Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
