We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in Chelsea, MA. This role offers a competitive pay rate of $22/hr and the opportunity to work in a supportive and professional healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:Provide basic care to patients and assist them in daily activities they might have trouble with on their own.Ensure patient comfort by assisting with bathing, dressing, and personal hygieneMonitor and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rateAssist nurses and other healthcare staff in medical procedures and patient care tasksMaintain clean and sanitized patient rooms, bathrooms, and other areasCommunicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team membersReport any changes in a patient's condition to the nursing staffQualifications:
Active MA CNA licenseMinimum of 1 year of experience working as a CNAFully vaccinated for CovidReliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseAvailability to work at least every other weekendStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate, patient, and caring natureAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
