Promote the Business to Friends, Family, Vendors, Businesses, Etc.Market to Property Managers, Building Managers, Insurance Agents, Real Estate Brokers and Agents, Plumbers, Contractors, and Other BusinessesSeek and Maintain Vendor RelationshipsLog and Take Detailed Notes for Every VisitReport and Inventory Marketing Items Given OutPlan and Manage Route via Provided SoftwareTake Calls from Lead SourcesReport Leads to Dispatch or Book CallsReview Incoming Leads and JobsComplete Commission ReportsManage Social Media PagesManage, Track and Evaluate All Lead SourcesReview Day/Week with General ManagerPlusses, but Not Required:
Experience in the Damage Restoration IndustryFamiliarity with Exactimate and Ability to Estimate JobsAbility to Sell Jobs to CustomersAbility to Explain Work to CustomersFamiliarity with Service Titan
