CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. Community Bridges is currently seeking a **Driver/ Peer Support** for our residential treatment program in Holbrook**Responsibilities*** Our Drivers assist with safely transporting patients throughout the Holbrook community. Applicants need to be extremely flexible in their schedules.******Requirements*** High School diploma or better* Must be over 21 years of age.
