Overview:

At St. Lukes, our patients come from all walks of life and so do we! We strive to foster an environment that embraces our employees' unique strengths, experiences, and perspectives which drives our exceptional, patient-centered care.The St. Lukes Pediatric Intensive Care Unit serves infants and children through age 17 and is the most remote PICU in the country. Our pediatric population has a wide range of diagnoses that may include respiratory issues, traumatic injuries; pediatric surgeries, neurological, endocrine, sepsis, gastrointestinal, renal, cardiac, and seizure disorders. Our interdisciplinary team includes pediatric trained critical care nurses, respiratory therapists, pediatric intensivists, dietitians, social workers, occupational and physical therapists; child life specialists, pharmacists, chaplains and subspecialty physicians.
