Sr. Web-System Administrator (Windows)

Spalding Consulting, Inc.is seeking a Sr. Web System Administrator (Windows) in Patuxent River, MD . Qualified candidates may be eligible for a Sign On Bonus Position Type: Full - Time Telework Potential: Must work full-time at Patuxent River for approximately 5-10 days (dependent on experience) before transitioning to 100% telework. Occassional travel (1-2 days per month) to Patuxent River, MD will be required for team and customer meetings. Essential Functions: Perform the installation, integration, configuration, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, security implementation, and configuration management of software on Windows based servers Manage the functionality and efficiency of multiple Windows-based servers Administer policies and standards related to security and technical implementation guidance Coordinate with customers to perform software security testing and scans Maintain system documentation Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues Other duties as assigned or required Qualifications and Experience: Required: 5 years of experience in Windows system administration tasks CompTIA Security certification is required Security Clearance: Active TS/SSBI clearance desired or active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SSBI. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc. Education: BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering, Business, or Mathematics.
