Luminary Group is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead with expertise in Azure for our medical device client. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and engineers in the design, development, and implementation of medical device solutions utilizing Azure cloud services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and contribute to the overall technical strategy for our medical device portfolio.Responsibilities:
Lead a team of developers and engineers in the design, development, and implementation of medical device solutions on the Azure platform.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing project updates and progress reports.Stay updated on Azure cloud services and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve product quality.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices for medical devices.Perform code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely resolutions.Contribute to the overall technical strategy for the company's medical device portfolio.Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical leadership roles.Expertise in Azure cloud services, including but not limited to Azure IoT Hub, Azure Functions, and Azure Blob Storage.Strong background in software and/or hardware development for medical devices.Experience with regulatory standards and requirements for medical device software and hardware.Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, or Python.Experience with Agile development methodologies.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to find innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams.Understanding of regulatory considerations and compliance requirements in the medical device industry.
