Projects may include:Central Utility PlantsBackup Generation PlantsDistrict Heating and Cooling FacilitiesWater/Wastewater InfrastructureResponsibilities:As an Industrial Project Executive at McGough, you will lead and manage key projects from inception through deployment. This includes overseeing project resources, tasks, issues, timelines, costs, and scope.Key responsibilities include:Ensuring project success and profitabilityManaging project financials and client satisfactionLeading by example and promoting the McGough wayMentoring project management staff for career advancementBuilding strong relationships with owners, design partners, subcontractors, and suppliersChampioning company initiativesQualifications:Required:Four-year degree in Construction Management or related field15+ years of experience, including self-perform capabilitiesStrong collaboration and communication skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multi-taskSelf-starter with strong computer skills, including ExcelPreferred:Estimating and field experienceScheduling experienceOffice and Travel:Regular travel to project sites across the country as required.Physical Requirements:This position requires occasional standing, bending, walking, and lifting, along with visits to construction sites exposed to outdoor conditions and varying temperatures.Application:If you're ready to join a team that values expertise, innovation, and commitment to excellence, apply now.
