This role will lead and manage key projects from inception through deployment. This includes overseeing project resources, tasks, issues, timelines, costs, and scope. Projects may include:Central Utility PlantsBackup Generation PlantsDistrict Heating and Cooling FacilitiesWater/Wastewater InfrastructureQualifications:Required:Four-year degree in Construction Management or related field15+ years of experience, including self-perform capabilitiesStrong collaboration and communication skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multi-taskSelf-starter with strong computer skills, including ExcelPreferred:Estimating and field experienceScheduling experienceOffice and Travel:Travel:

Regular travel to project sites across the country as required.Responsibilities and Tasks:Ensuring project success and profitabilityManaging project financials and client satisfactionLeading by example and promoting the McGough wayMentoring project management staff for career advancementBuilding strong relationships with owners, design partners, subcontractors, and suppliersChampioning company initiativesPhysical Requirements:The physical requirements listed here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
