is seeking an experienced

Systems Administrator 3

to work in

Annapolis Junction, MD.

Required Experience:Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of information technology (IT) systems.Manage IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all client, server, storage, network devices, mobile devices, etc.Provide Tier 1 (Helpdesk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.Support the escalation and communication of status to management and end customers.Provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems while remaining involved in the resolution process.Configure and manage Unix and Windows operating systems.Install/load operating system software, troubleshoot, maintain, implement, and configure network operating systems to enhance and improve reliability and performance.

Qualifications:Fifteen (15) years of experience as a Systems Administrator (SA).Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Security Clearance:A current government clearance, background investigation, and polygraph are required.
