Description

  • Design and manage the sales process, system, and team for reaching company sales goals, by Leading, Managing and being accountable for creating and achieving KPI metrics and goals
  • Create and manage Technology Business Reviews with managed accounts to drive strategy and future revenue
  • Develop, implement and manage account management department
  • Create new product offerings so your team has options to present to clients/prospects
  • Grow top line revenue and overall company profitability
  • Attend any daily, weekly, and/or monthly meetings with management, sales team and other department manager, along with strategy planning meetings.
  • Resolve critical issues with any client relationships
  • Participate in ongoing strategy meetings, with Restech or clients, as needed
  • Attend Restech sponsored industry, charity, or educational events
  • Keep up to date on industry related news and technology
  • Update all activities, time sheets, sales processes, opportunities within the platform
  • Develop relationships with Managed Service clients and prospects
  • Maintain relationships with clients
  • Maintain technology and selling skills as industry changes
  • Attend all necessary company sponsored or third part sponsored training events
  • Attend relevant project meetings, sales handoffs, etc
  • Design and/or present proposals, presentations, and necessary agreements for prospects and clients
  • Create proposal, presentation and needed Visio drawings for prospects or client presentations


Requirements

  • Ability to perform public speaking and presentations on Restech products and services
  • Interpersonal skills, such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer-care
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
  • Technical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately
  • Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services
  • Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to keep up on necessary ongoing industry related training
  • Ability to create ConnectWise/ Salesforce sales and marketing tracks
  • Ability to implement marketing strategy using ConnectWise/Salesforce sales tracks
  • Solid knowledge of ConnectWise software
  • Solid knowledge of CRM software, like Salesforce, Keap or similar
  • Solid knowledge of Connectwise CPQ/Sell/Quosal Software
