Minimum QualificationsFor

Programmer Analyst 2:Bachelor's degree; at least 1 year of progressively responsible experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution and/or experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified may be interchangeable on a year-for-year basis.For

Programmer Analyst 3:Bachelor's degree; at least 2 years of progressively responsible experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution and/or experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified may be interchangeable on a year-for-year basis.

Preferred QualificationsThe successful candidate should havedemonstrated experience and a proven track record in the following:Providingexceptional customer service, including building and implementingtechnical and operational solutions to increase the effectiveness andefficiency of business processes for end usersDemonstratedexperience providing application support, including troubleshooting ofend-user issues and developing solutions to recurring problemsInterpretingregulatory and compliance requirements and implementing relevant technicalsolutionsAbilityto communicate effectively with other technical staff and functional endusersTechnicalexpertise in Banner or other similar ERP systems in a higher education orother large institutional environmentProficiencyin Oracle and PL/SQL for programming, development, and reportingDevelopingapplications or reports using Oracle Application Express (APEX)Experiencewith ETL processes and the use of an Operational Data Store (ODS)
