Personal Lines Account Executive - High Net Worth

Location : Tarrytown, NY (Hybrid - 2 days/week in office)

Compensation : $80,000 - $100,000 (Negotiable based on skill set)

Job Overview:

Our client, a premier independent insurance agency, is seeking a skilled Personal Lines Account Executive to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on serving the insurance needs of High Net Worth (HNW) families and individuals. You will be responsible for managing a book of approximately 300+ accounts, ensuring their clients receive unparalleled service and coverage. Responsibilities:

- Manage and service a book of personal lines insurance accounts, focusing on HNW clients.

- Remarketing accounts and preparing new quotes, policies, proposals, and summaries of insurance.

- Provide thorough coverage explanations and conduct renewal reviews.

- Work closely with underwriters and producers to ensure accurate and efficient processing of client requests and policy changes.

- Maintain detailed notes and records, ensuring all client interactions and transactions are documented.

- Assist with new business acquisition periodically.

- Handle client contact, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

- Efficiently process requests and changes, maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

- Licensed P&C insurance professional with experience in personal lines, particularly HNW clients.

- Familiarity with carriers such as Chubb, PURE, AIG, Cincinnati, Berkley One, Travelers, and Hanover.

- Experience with E&S and NY risk, including hard-to-place LI, CA, and FL experience preferred.

- Strong computer and communication skills; EPIC experience is a plus.

- Enjoys working in a team environment, is honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.

- Ability to pivot quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
