Offers attentive service and adapts to any constraints guests may have.Establishes good relations with guests, offering advice and fostering customer loyalty.Promotes the F&B offer.Is attentive to guests' requests and respects them.Handles guest comments and complaints, ensuring follow-up.Develops close relationships with guests to encourage loyalty.Ensures guests receive a warm and personalised welcome.Helps gain customer loyalty through the high standard of service.Ensures that reference standards are properly applied.Checks that sales materials are well presented.May be asked to receive deliveries and check food items.Completes the following tasks: prepares the point of sale and preparation areas, welcomes guests and provides waiter service, cleans and tidies the dining room and preparation areas after closing.Organises his/her work to suit fluctuations in numbers, events and guests.Ensures the equipment used remains in good condition.Offers detailed advice to guests on all the services provided by the hotel.Promotes the restaurant's and bar’s special offers and full range of products.Creates the right atmosphere for the hotel's bar concept.Develops revenue through additional sales techniques.Qualifications

Prior Experience in F&B is required.Able to multitask and prioritize tasks.Positive attitude.Always willing to help and provide solutions.Willing to help the team and support the shift.Additional Information
