Garden City Mazda is HIRING NOW for experienced, friendly Service Advisors to assist customers in understanding their car’s maintenance or repair options and answer customer questions before they’re scheduled with a Technician.

Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall workGreet customers and inspect their vehicleConduct all business with sincerity, honesty, and genuine concern for customerListen to customer’s reason(s) for bringing their vehicle to the service departmentConsult with mechanics regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairsUsing your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customersProvide customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings and the advantages of trading in versus fixing their carFollow the status of the customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of workAct as a liaison between customers and our Service TechniciansUpon completion of work, review work order with customer to assure all concerns are addressedMaintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat businessOther duties may be assignedQualifications – Service Advisor:
