We are seeking Auto Service Advisors/Writers to guide customers through the entire auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on options and costs for auto repairs/maintenance, and more! A positive attitude and team-first mentality is a must!

Responsibilities - Service Advisor:Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on costs and options for auto repairs, maintenance, recall work, offer additional services and 'specials', and schedule appointments for service work.Greet customers and answer auto repair/maintenance questions.Follow status of customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work.Review completed work order with customer and ensure their concerns were addressed.Maintain high CSI score.Qualifications - Service Advisor:Auto Service Advisor/Assistant Service Manager or dealership experience is preferred.Basic automotive operational knowledge.Good computer, customer service and communication skills.A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance.Team first mentality.Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, self-starter with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Valid driver's license and good driving record.High school diploma or equivalent.Must pass pre-employment screening.We Offer Excellent Benefits:$70,000+ Performance-Based Income!Training.401(k) with employer match!Medical, dental and vision insurance.Paid vacation and holidays.5-day work week, closed on Sundays.Employee recognition!Employee discounts on vehicles and more.Career growth and advancement.
